Solve rating issue

Issue: "Not authorized to submit ratings or reviews"

  1. If you can't see where to submit your rating or you see the above notification it means that your G Suite administrator does not allow you to submit a rating with your G Suite account. As a quick workaround you can use your personal account. This will still count toward your rebate. Here is how to do it:
  2. Load Chrome Browser in Incognito mode
  3. Go to the rating page
  4. Click the blue Install button
  5. Login under your account
  6. Once installed you can refresh the link above and the 'Rate this app' section should appear as shown in the image below:
